SUV crashes into Madison store

After a 64-year-old woman by the name of Alicia Wilson crashed into Madison’s Upshift Swap Shop, the story is finally back open for business.

The woman that caused the wreckage has been charged with Operating While Intoxicated after losing control of her car and slamming through the front of a retail shop. The owner and one shopper were in the store at the time of the incident, but were luckily unharmed. The store has undergone a remodel due to the damage caused by Wilson’s vehicle, forcibly closed during the process. The store has partly reopened, but will have a full reopening at a later date.

Though only the property was harmed in this instance of drunk driving, many similar accidents have caused less fortunate results. If you have been injured in a case of this nature, or by a drunk driver, please call Madison car accident lawyers at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® at (608) 255-6663 to discuss your eligibility for compensation.
