Parked vehicles damaged in Madison drunk driving crash

At least three parked vehicles in the Madison area were struck by a vehicle driven by a person suspected of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI), an article from Channel 3000 reported on September 21.

Reports coming from the Madison police revealed that on September 20 a vehicle containing three persons hit multiple parked vehicles on Milwaukee Street near Dixon Street. The vehicle that caused the collision reportedly flipped to its side, trapping the occupants. Authorities later apprehended 40-year-old vehicle driver Shane Quesinberry after he was suspected of OWI. Firefighters also responded in the crash scene and extracted the trapped occupants of the vehicle. No one was reportedly hurt in the incident.

Though no one suffered injuries in the recent OWI arrest, the Madison lawyers of Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® believe that owners of vehicles that have been damaged due to negligence of others should get financial assistance needed for repairs.
