Man injured in hit-and-run pedestrian crash

A male pedestrian in Madison recently sustained injuries after a vehicle struck him, a Madison.com article stated.

Reports coming from police said the 54-year-old man was walking on West Beltline frontage road before 3:00 a.m. on January 10 when he was struck by a vehicle. The victim, whose name was not released, sustained non-life threatening injuries, including a broken ankle. Police became aware of the pedestrian accident after they were notified by a taxi driver who was driving in the area where the incident occurred.
