Drunk driving suspect sentenced to prison

After pleading guilty to felony charges related to a July drunk driving accident, John Krizenesky, 65, was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 2 years of probation.

In July, Krizenesky’s blood alcohol level was well over the legal limit when he hit a utility pole. The impact of the crash caused the connecting power lines to fall on Malachi Blanke, 8, as he played in his grandparents’ front yard. Blanke sustained electrical burns to over 20% of his body. Blanke has since undergone numerous procedures to address his burns.

Sadly, many Americans suffer from serious injuries annually because of the negligence of drunk drivers. The attorneys at Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. ® help Madison injury victims fight for the compensation that they deserve.
