Wisconsin man kicks window out of cop car after being arrested

A Wisconsin man that was arrested for alleged drunken driving kicked out the window of the cop car after being cuffed and place in the back seat.

The incident started as police officers received a complaint about a reckless driver and they quickly located his vehicle. Police noticed that the 39-year-old man, who was already driving with a suspended license, had slurred speech and bloodshot eyes.

The officers performed a field sobriety test and then asked the man to take a breathalyzer test. The test calculated that the man had a blood-alcohol level of .206. The man was placed in the back of the cop car while police looked in his vehicle.

He then began to hit the window with his head before laying on his back and kicking the window out with his feet. The man was charged with multiple violations and taken to Lake County Jail.
