Green Bay teen injured in crash

A 15-year-old Green Bay girl was injured in a two-car accident and was transported to the hospital in order to be treated.

The 15-year-0ld was  the passenger in a vehicle driven by a 21-year-0ld woman. According to police, the accident occurred as the woman pulled out from a stop sign in front of another vehicle at the intersection of Wisconsin 47 and Outagamie County A.

The 15-year-old is said to be in fair condition and the 21-year-old is in good condition. The 21-year-old was cited for inattentive driving.

Failing to stop at stop signs or  other reckless driving can cause serious injury to all involved, our thoughts are with the friends and family of the victim.
